Played in doubles on a smaller, enclosed court, paddle combines elements of tennis and squash, with a strong focus on strategy, reflexes, and teamwork.
In this one-hour introductory class, you’ll learn the rules, techniques, and movement patterns from a professional instructor. Whether you’re new to racket sports or a seasoned player looking for something fresh, this class will get you up to speed—and on the court—fast.
